Great flavor and filling

I don't know how they do it, but these mix up thick & delicious--no medicine flavor, no diet sweetener after taste (that I could discern). Leaps & bounds above most nutrition shakes, and at 100 calories!! Strawberry is my favorite, chocolate is also good, vanilla seems to need just a little help flavor-wise--I add a small amount of strong black coffee, & wow!

Honestly I was a little skeptical at first because the package was small I didn't think one would fill me up but surprisingly it did and I had to kind of make myself eat the last few bites I was stuffed it was very good . nice and creamy cheesy nacho pasta . I will definitely be reordering this again it satisfies any Mexican food craving you're having. It is delicious

I love the fudge graham bars and alternate between them and the dark chocolate s'more bars. They're filling and satisfy my lunch hunger. Sometimes I eat them with a little fruit. They're sweet, but not overly sweet and I do recommend them.

I can highly recommend this shake. I have tried quite a few meal replacement shakes over the past 3 years. I have been using My Neat Health shakes for about 3 months now and they are probably the best in terms of nutrition, taste, and affordability. There are cheaper options out there, but these are definitely worth paying a little extra for. The main reason is that they taste good which means I am able to stick to them better than the 5 or 6 other brands i have tired already.

Tee taste of these bars are incredible. I almost feel guilty for eating them if I wasn't aware of the nutrients inside each bar. I'm a fitness professional, and use these when I'm needing a square meal, but don't have the time during the day. They're also great for when I'm training to put muscle on, needing a boost of protein, along with balanced macro and micro nutrients. I recommend these bars to my clients whom are trying to lose weight, as it is so easy to calculate their calorie deficit when utilizing the balanced and FDA approved meal replacement bars.

The Apple & Cinnamon flavors really come through in this great breakfast cereal. The flavor also come with a perfect crunch that has you wanting more. I have his with 3% milk and it is perfect. I have a single serve and find that its gets me through close to lunch without having to snack in between.

I have stopped using the regaulr protein shakes, and now prefer My Neat Health shakes after each workout. They taste great, contain protein and as a bonus are packed with vitamins and minerals. Ideal for replenishing the body.

I have been enjoying these shakes for over a year now. Very filling, low calorie, and great added nutrition. I add a shot of coffee to the chocolate and have an iced mocha most days for lunch. The shipping is fast--great company!!
