Oh. My. Goodness. You have really got something here! To fill in until my order arrived, I bought another brand of shakes with similar calorie count & nutritional content. They were watery & tasted like medicine. The My Neat Health order arrived yesterday, and I just made a strawberry flavored one for my lunch. I used extra water & blended it with ice, but it was still thick & enjoyable. The flavor is absolutely delicious--can't wait to try the others!

Very tasty and filling I love the variety box that way I can change up my flavors often. The bars are also very good, most shakes like this taste chalky but not these. I think they are worth ever penny.
